Service was great and check in was very easy. We weren’t given a map of the park though. Most likely because our site was near reception and the amenities. In our opinion, the amenities could do with a renovation. They felt run down, old and as if they hadn’t been cleaned properly. The showers were either way to hot or way to cold. There seemed to be no in between setting. We used the camp kitchen once to clean our dishes and never returned (we were there for 5 nights). It seemed as though the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned properly which made us feel uncomfortable cleaning there. The beach and shops are a brief walk away.

$40 powered site for a caravan. Excellent shower/toilet cubbies... all in one and great water pressure and hot! Short walk to everything in Bicheno including the Whaler's Lookout which should not be missed if in town... easy walk ( not stroller friendly, some rocky stairs), but views over town and the Gulch are worth the climb. Short walk to swim at Waub's Bay.

Booked 2 deluxe cabins for 4 nights. Deluxe not .. no side board to drain dishes, as in no space, the bathroom was so small you had to stand sideways to dry your self and one shower base was putrid and peelingand a tiny bar fridge to fit …

We stayed only one night in a tent. Perfect location in the middle of the town, clean place, hot shower and equipped kitchen. Children playground right next to us and nice beach very close to the campsite. A lot to do around. Would reccomand to stay to everyone.

A basic park but close to everything. The amenities are clean and have good showers. Bicheno is a lovely town with great beaches

It was sufficient for our 2 night stay though we stayed in nicer holiday parks during our trip. This one needs a little bit of modernisation and seemed rather basic and lacking comforts e.g. No cushions on sofa, only 1 pillow each on bed. The bedroom was also very small. Not enough room around the bed for both our backpacks. Also no space for night tables and the little shelf provided was too small to hold much except a phone and water bottle. The location is excellent, everything in Bicheno is walkable in 10min. However, the site was very crowded. It seemed like a couple were camping on our patio they were so close. We didn't use the shared kitchen and most of the washing machines/dryers were out of order so we used a nearby laundrette instead. The kitchenette in the cabin had a microwave, kettle and fridge.
